I have no cons for my job

In my experience the only good thing was if you call out you won’t get fired I had an emergency one day I call out last minute and it was fine

The owner Heather offers all the benefits but you never get them. The owners pay is below average you work about 50 hours a week bring home about $400 . This is a family owned company. The owner’s daughter is also the only trainer. She pushes her weight around and leaves all of the work on. You do not expect to bring home more than $300 a week. They will tell you that it’s hourly but once you get your first day of work to find out that it’s commission only you are put into a dirty unit that takes you 8 to 9 hours to do and you would only make after taxes about $45 for the day there is no room for growth in this company. The only incentive that she gives out is $250 after 90 days but most people won’t last that long and you get $10 for every good review that you put on indeed she will tell you that you will stay in Somerville working but you end up having to go to West Ashley in Mount Pleasant this is not your typical 9-to-5 even though she tells you that sometimes you are stuck cleaning a unit until 8 o’clock at night the only person at this company that actually respects people here is the manager in my personal experience the owner doesn’t even like her because she talks about her behind her back every time she walks away the scheduler will throw things on you last minute and does not care if you had something else to do. If you arent family you wont make it here 3 months unless you do what ever the owner says . she will even make you clean ans decorate her house and her parents house, in my personal experience. I would not recommend you working here if you want to make money and have a life. Also she pays you by apple pay or venmo
