Pros
-Based in a nice area -Free instant coffee and water from water dispensers -Some decent people that worked there -Some SweepCred monthly (about 4-5 cleans)
Cons
-No meal allowances -No coffee or meeting allowance -Extremely small budgets and spending allowed -They don't believe in training and developing staff (which sucks) -No bonuses or increases -No share options -Not very flexible with working from home -Minimal perks available -They love micromanaging staff -Not willing to adapt or change their business model (ie they could give sweepstars access to government grants and ETI in order for them to earn more, but they did not want to do this)
