      - Employee's are always willing to help and there is a great community internally -

      Cons

      - Company does not pay employee's on time and the management is not open when communicating financial outlooks with the company. We were notified that there we no funds to pay the employee's on payday. - Company over promises to their clients, while not accounting for needing more developers or team members. - There is no work/life balance

      Pros

      I really enjoyed working at Sweatworks. The people that work there are great and it's unlike other companies. Despite being 100% remote and employees in many countries and states, there's a real feeling of being together. The work is interesting and I love the fitness industry in general.

      Cons

      Narrower focus on the fitness industry ties it to economic trends specific to that industry.
