Improvements need in management and organisation

Great flexibility in terms of working from home and office hours. Most of the people are great. Decent pay.

Really toxic work environment, with leadership spinning their wheels to appear competent, while actually making extremely questionable decisions and making life difficult for the people actually doing the work. Toxic positivity abounds, and any concerns are met with hostility or denial. For a female-focused company, almost all senior leadership is male.
