MNC with very traditional & rigid management - Anonymous employee Swatch Group Employee Review

Be prepared that although it is a MNC and you might work with people from HQ/other countries, the organization is very traditional and 'old school'. A lot of things are rigid and management style is not flexible to changes. Singapore's office benefits are bare minimum & avg at best. Very simple things would need the highest management to approve. The office is also not the nicest to work in if you are particular. Demographics here are definitely leaning towards the older side too.
