Flexible, lazy work environment, easy to do well because no one else does their job
Cons
Most workers are contract, even though they may seem like employees, they are actually just paid on commission. Beware of "spiffs" they are just trying to make you owe them money. Low pay. Dishonest employer. They tried to cut my pay on every single paycheck. Constantly change policies with no follow through on promises. High employee turnover because owner is always off skiing, travelling, or otherwise spending the money that should be going to employees. No benefits.
