Please don't join this worst company - Network Administrator Swash Convergence Employee Review

Amazing Mindset of Technical Expats in the system, very genuine and innovative approach to any problem statement, management has the heart to experiment and allow the employees to train in latest technologies, test it in live production environment. Can you imagine that the top management has funded crores into the system but are so quality and technology conscious that they didn't release a product they have incubated for the past 4 years till it is absolutely state of the art.

Salaries sometimes are delayed like mid month etc. but yes always paid. Very helpful HR, when I planned to leave after 6 years of working the CEO and HR personally counseled me to join a good bigger company. That was the only CON I was not allowed to leave for two extra months till I got my job in a MNC

Swash has all the facility what you may not find any MNC organization. But it is blamed for salary issue, I have been working here since last 6 months, what i found , swash has salary issue previously but last 6 months it has solved purely. So its a tremendous environment for work here. If we talk about technology this company is on of the best company in India for adopting latest and licensed tools and technology. One person can make his career bright and advanced here. I personally recommended join here and built your future.

I found swash is very serious about time. If one person has late for 1 min. it treats as one late coming.
