Some of the most passionate intellectuals I have ever met gathered together to enact the vision of a school with a history over 200 years old.

Cons

Sometimes the atmosphere of the place can be kind of stifling. Additionally, its sometimes difficult to express your dissatisfaction at the new rules coming into place.

Pros

The staff is incredibly fortunate to be able to work with such a smart student body and alumni community.

Cons

Overall staff size is small, making upward movement difficult, but if you know that going in, you can still get a lot from the work experience. On the downside, with a smallish staff, poor managers can wreak havoc.
