      Pros

      Smart and fun people. I've never been surrounded by so many smart engineers before. We work as a focused team towards shared goals. Work life balance is great. You can tell that the company is not the first startup of our founder. There's a great mixture of having the right processes properly implemented, while keeping it lean in general.

      Cons

      Early stage companies have their usual challenges. Things move fast. Can be good or bad depending on who you ask.
