      Pros

      - Competitive compensation - CEO Tom is a great guy and is an innovative thinker - can work remotely easily, which is great after the pandemic

      Cons

      -leadership on other teams isn’t good. You are told one thing and then they fire several people within a 5-6 month time span. Every meeting with leadership is negative. -There is no room for growth. -no communication and you get blinded sided by things. You get told months later if you did something wrong, so you can’t make improvements.

      Pros

      Swarm has some great clients and cares about the work, but the best thing is the people. They hire experts that care about what they do and then give them the trust to do their jobs.

      Cons

      Swarm is growing a lot, which is awesome, but there have been a few growing pains as they continue to onboard new folks and develop new processes. Even with some of the hiccups, it's been an exciting time to be part of the Swarm team.
