Cons
No communication between anyone, one team has no idea what the others are doing, and efforts get duplicated. The office side, there's an ego problem there, the 'higher-ups' don't want new ideas, they want their ideas to be followed whether or not they actually work. They've lost a lot of people in the last year, and the concept, while a neat idea, is looking to be hard to sustain. They're running behind by months, and have stopped receiving product until they get caught up.
