Nice annual events (ski trip and other). Development program to get new talent for the company. Internal people are preferred for new positions. Loyal customer base allows investments in innovative initiatives.
Cons
Not a real disadvantage but an advise to new candidates: lots of accountability needed as each person is responsible of own career path (no bosses to blame). Training and development relies in self-proactivity (new joiners need more direction so a "personal development career path" is under preparation). Name not yet known by big companies (even important marketing activities have been launched). As the company supports financial systems, every financial closing high activity required to help customers to achieve their financial reports' deadlines.
