Cons

Not so well known outside Netherlands (but improving) Website needs to be updated Lots of internal knowledge that is not (yet) shared in our website

Pros

I am starting working at Swap Support next week - and there are just a few words about hiring process - first of all interviews were great - the hiring managers were caring and empathetic - they truely love what they are doing - during the assessment week i met the team (even senior management) - everybody was friendly, caring and at the same time great professionals - the company is based on respect, trust, team work, taking responsibility and supporting each other

Cons

actually i don't see any cons - because i have experience at 6 different jobs in different sectors (just internships in companies during my studies) - and i have never seen something like Swap - with friendly people, great technologies and opportunities also i was looking for a job for some time and went through maybe 10-15 interviews with different companies - i also did not see something like Swap with their care, empathy and friendliness of course there will be a lot of hard-work, but only hard-work gives great results, and it is great that we will be working in team - supporting each other

Pros

Like working for a big top company, without internal politics). Everybody has the right to speak-up (flat structure). Lots of confidence in employees. Best in class technologies (Top Service Desk software , Top CRM, Top Linkedin and Hubspot licenses, top Laptops, top Mobile technology). 3 co-founders that work as a family. Customers comes first. Nice annual events (ski trip and other). Development program to get new talent for the company. Internal people are preferred for new positions. Loyal customer base allows investments in innovative initiatives.

Cons

Not a real disadvantage but an advise to new candidates: lots of accountability needed as each person is responsible of own career path (no bosses to blame). Training and development relies in self-proactivity (new joiners need more direction so a "personal development career path" is under preparation). Name not yet known by big companies (even important marketing activities have been launched). As the company supports financial systems, every financial closing high activity required to help customers to achieve their financial reports' deadlines.
