Pros
I would be happy to share a pro with you, however I cannot think of a single one. We have just been taken over by Swan Mill Paper Company, this is probably a pro as the company will stop living in the dark ages and hopefully drag themselves into the 21 century. Although I don't hold much hope on this.
Cons
Bullying Culture with the management down the their staff, this is across all departments from the Warehouse to Finance and Customer Service. All managers, which includes middle management need ethics training, possible anger management training so that they can control their temper instead of exploding at the staff. They are not a sustainable company, especially in the fiance department. They would happily waste paper, envelopes the lot. In their eyes it's just a tree, no use crying about another sheet of paper used. There is no recycling for plastics and no energy saving signs or posters, lights are turned on even when they are not needed. At Ling Design there is racial discrimination, sexual discrimination and lets not forget the bullying. It is a horrendous place to work. I strongly recommend not working here at all costs, not unless you want to lose who you are as a person and slowly your sanity and happiness with every day that goes by.
