Personel growth is a must, The company supports advancement from within. Online classes are offered including a training center dedicated to contiuned development from the top down. Classes are offered in a wide range, from an associate just starting with the company up to the CEO. Benifits are well above average and very liberal with the vacation policy including holidays.
Cons
development plans are relied on heavily, sometimes to much. The company being almost 100% interanlized sometimes means reaction time is slow when an immediate change is needed.
