      Pros

      The company is growing at a fast pace, has a diverse workforce. Good onboarding & training experience as well as work culture, and clients. Co-workers and the management team are understanding and always ready to help. In general, everyone is very supportive and easy to reach.

      Cons

      At Swaarm, everybody is treated well and in my experience, there are no cons so far which is great !

      Pros

      Interesting challenges and amazing team. Both tasks and team are highly diverse. Leadership knows what they're doing. Flexible, but standard (i.e. not crazy startup) hours, remote work. Growing opportunities.

      Cons

      Small team, so responsibility and responsiveness are expected. On the other hand, that means there's a lot of room for creativity and personal development.

      I've really enjoyed working at swaarm, the people are nice and all seem like a family, it's a great place to work.

      Nothing that i can think of that comes to mind right now, i've enjoyed it so far so currently no cons
