      Pros

      Direct access to customers, ability to work remotely. Free and friendly atmospehere inside the company. Pretty wise managment and HR department. Medical insurance, English courses.

      Cons

      I feel some lack of internal meet-ups, etc.

      They did not go bankrupt.

      Cons

      Communication with this team was a challenging nightmare. They have literally zero integrity. I get the sense there was fraudulent activities going on but above my pay grade - just beware.... If you value surrounding yourself with good people, good moral, then stay away from Svitla Systems.
