Pros

They make you sign freelance contracts but force you to work 40 hours a week, with hours to be respected, with breaks, it is a false contract that has no legal value

Cons

There are so many negative points that I don't know where to start. Beware of this band of thieves, on linkedin they say that the head office is in Paris but this is not true, search by yourself and you will not find any head office in France. The reason is that the contracts they offer are illegal, they make us sign freelance contracts with a fixed salary, then force us to work hours. I worked there for 6 months, the manager was great and that was the only thing that kept me coming. The ceo is a narcissist who doesn't know how to run a company, who asks us to lie on the phone, who humiliates us publicly if we don't do a contract, a horrible atmosphere, I'm relieved to have found another job with a real contract: be careful, he doesn't respect any law, so if he doesn't like you he won't pay you what he owes you, we've set up a group of about forty people who have worked there since the company was created and we're taking the case to court so that this kind of thief can no longer operate

Pros

Full remote, as we are freelances

Cons

Where to start ? - We are supposed to be freelances and independant, but the management clearly believe we are full time employees: imposed schedule and working hours, long term permanent position with no end date, not free to take holidays when we want, micro management, and so on. In other words, totally illegal bonus: no assistance at all on the taxes, and mandatory camera on during working hours. - The culture was honestly nice at the beginning. Strong hunter mindset, management supporting the team, positive vibes. But for some unknown reasons (or maybe a new manager) the culture of the company and the relationship between management and the team totally collapsed after a few months. Much more micro management, Abusive terminations of contracts (without giving the due money to the fired contractors), management having the nerve to use personal life information to pressure some persons, toxic and unhealthy environment (turnover is crazy). - Whereas at the beginning I felt like I could trust the CEO, it totally changed after some time. Wrongful terminations and keeping the money due to independants, lies to both customers and contractors, lies to avoid paying notice periods, lies lies lies - Shaming publicly and in front of everybody a member of the company for personal relationships. Illegal as well and immoral S.R

Dear future applicant, If you are considering joining our company, we recommend that you get in touch privately with any currently in-post member of the team to get their honest opinion on what working at Suxeed is. We aim to provide a fulfilling and supportive environment where everyone can thrive. Unfortunately, we have had to lay off a few former members of the team for serious misconduct (such as altering data and faking calls), which led to resentment on their end and negative reviews like this one. --- Dear BDR, We are saddened to read that you have had a not so good experience with Suxeed. You are, of course, entitled to your own experience, which we have taken good notes of. However, we would like to clarify a few points : The camera and microphone are not required to be on at all times, however, we are a full remote company, and we expect all members of the team to be as available as they would be in an office. Meaning : we expect them to be logged in Teamflow and Slack, and to pick up the phone when called during office hours. As you may be aware, multiple former members of the team have had to be laid off for faking calls and numbers, which has led to needing to monitor the team more closely for a few weeks, in order to avoid this situation happening again. Any member of the team getting laid off for any other reason than serious misconduct (end of customer contract, low results, etc) gets a 2-month paid notice period. At Suxeed, we aim to create an environment where honest, motivated and hard-working people can thrive. We provide training, fair wage, open communication and support. Unfortunately, our company wasn’t the best fit for you, we wish you nevertheless the best for your future. All the best, Suxeed.

Pros

The best reason is first about the management. There is a real proximity between the workers and the manager that push us to the best of ourselves. Also, the culture of success is prominent, that allows each of us to be what we are ment to be, meaning what we want in our professional as personal life, and that is what makes the difference between Suxeed and another company. Then, the ability to work from anywhere is what encourage to be the best, without the need of being dependant on a physical place.

Cons

To me, there is no downsides to relieve, everything is done for the good of our work.
