      good vacation and decent benefits

      Cons

      1 to 2% increases in salary if you are lucky per year. No bonuses ever What ever you start off with is how much you will make unless you threaten to quit. Vice President suggests you look for a new job and bring him in a better offer before he will even consider giving a raise.

      Pros

      Depends on which office you are in. Good manager will help you and bad ones you are on your own in the blind. Also depends on how you work.

      Cons

      You don't get too much support. They can be beauracratic sometimes. Some managers are nice and knowledgeable but I don't find that a common theme in all the offices.
