No cons to be honest.

Some of the people were great.

Way more than even this little box can hold. This is the worst managed, worst operated, worst run company. Unless you agree with the owners and their friends and family that they have strategically placed in positions they have no business being (major nepotism), then you will be seen as useless, a threat, or just filling a position until they have a reason to fire you. They change their minds on a whim and the second that they no longer need you or you aren't able to work in the incredibly poorly run environment you are kicked to the curb. God forbid you have an opinion that's different than theirs. So much is hidden, shady business practices, and SO MUCH TURNOVER! It also seems that they deny most if not all unemployment claims. They say that they believe in this PRUIT philosphy but what they believe in in lining their and their friends/family pockets as much as possible. It's amazing that they are a functioning business this long as they absolutely suck. If I could give zero stars I would!
