Sutra Services Response
10yHi, thanks for taking out time and sharing your views. Would like to clarify the points you have brought up.
1) These are clearly allegations without any proof or base. Would have been good if you would have come up and been a bit more clear on the ‘lofty promises’. As like many in the service industry, we only live by ‘underpromise and overdeliver’, both when it comes to our clients as well as our people.
2) We are very open as an organization when it comes to hierarchy and flow of information. We share information with people on a need-to-know basis. And this alone brings a lot of order to the chaos that can arise in any situation with free flow of information. Besides, you are free to reach out to the CEO directly for any matter that you think needs to be escalated.
3) You know when someone makes a sweeping comment like that, it’s a little heartbreaking. Because we, yes the top management and the leadership team, work our days and nights off and that’s why we have been able to make a name for ourselves in the Indian startup circle. As much as we all would love to call it a day and party and live in a fairytale world that you accused us of, we really work hard so that Sutra is where it is right now.
4) We always check with people at the time of hiring for their choice of domain and location so there is benefit for both of us and not just our interest is met. If there ever was such a case with you, you should have spoken up and if it had gone unaddressed, then writing about it here would have made a lot of sense.
Best Regards,
