      If you want to do other academic learnings and get salary by performing mediocre then the best place to be in.

      Cons

      Corporate politics and short-sighted management, Not the best place if you want to grow based on your performance, Too much manual working environment, the Company will compromise its product quality to compete with other organisations' products so expect a stressful unhealthy environment.
