      Lovely settings, beautiful products, hardworking staff.

      Cons

      0 respect for shop staff. The job roles are advertised wrongly to get people in, very high turn over of staff. No respect for the hardworking employees and no respect for the skills they bring. Extremely micro managed, it’s very hard to give good customer service when the rules are so strict meaning you’re constantly trying to appease annoyed customers!

      Pros

      Broadway has a great team; they are supportive and a joy to work with. The company ethos is very genuine; they look after their employees and suppliers. The customers are generally all very nice and work doesn't feel like work at all!

      Cons

      The products are too gorgeous. High risk of spending your entire wage packet on redecorating your house.
