      Pros

      There is a phenomenal culture surrounding personal and professional growth and everyone wants to one another. The work/life balance is much better than anything I could ask for. And benefits are by far the most I have ever received from a company.

      Cons

      Extremely fast paced and you have to be able to quickly switch gears. One day you can be working on one project that is in the middle of its lifecycle, the next day you can be working bug reports for a project that has already been completed, and the next day you can be on-boarding a new client in a language that you're not very familiar with.

      Pros

      This company actually cares about employees, the the extent that we have a number of former employees who still connect with us on their individual development plans. High pace, high reward.

      Cons

      Growth means change, and change rarely comes without discomfort. You will be challenged, and you will get better.
