Having spent a while with the company now, it is easy for me to say that Survicate offers a lot. From the obvious and expected stuff like a good work environment, great teammates, an exciting industry, and the ability to improve skills.
But what makes the real impact are details such as:

test yourself against challenges no one would give you due to no experience,
and amazing people with who you can work hard but also play hard.
And let's not forget the great attitude of our CEO that made it all possible.
It's just a place where you want to stay for longer, period.
Cons
I'm sure there are some. from time to time, the work you took onto yourself might be a bit too much. You can also say that this environment is constantly evolving and changing, which might be challenging to adapt to.
But those are to be expected in the saas industry.
