Pros
The team is small but incredible. The work itself is nice but pressure and micromanagement make it less enjoyable. Clients and vendors are usually great to work with. Flexible time management and balancing of overhours.
Cons
1) High turnover rate so most people on the website are already gone. They don't remove the photos to pretend the entire sales team didn't quit. Within a year 9 people left which is significant for a company with less than 15 people. There is very little structure to hire and train new staff and a lot of knowledge gets lost. 2) There is no formal HR, directors have to be chased for contracts and other documents or expenses they promised to cover. Employee concerns generally low priority. 3) Lack of transparency, toxic blame culture, one director has a bad temper and made several employees cry. No accountability for unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour towards employees or gratitude for hard work. 4) Salary on lower end of industry standard.
