      Pros

      Nice office building, nice kitchen with free food for cooking, team ambiance (excluding management) is good

      Cons

      Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company as both leads (founders and managers) have been creating a toxic environment. Also, they give you only the minimum of vacation (20 days). And do not allow WFH.

      Pros

      I get to be entrepreneurial, am encouraged to take meaningful risk toward growth, and no two days or projects are exactly the same. The research is challenging and the clients highly educated so I'm always learning. The office is in a beautiful part of Berlin and the team is supportive of each other.

      Cons

      Larger companies/corporations provide stronger structure, but as I prefer more freedom of choice/direction this works for me.
