Pros
Company events are fun and thoughtful. Pay is good. CEO values pretty user interfaces over actual functionality so my advice if you decide to choose this place is to get good at gui's and faking functionality with shallow dummy data. Work from the front end backwards to the hardware.
Cons
CEO has an ego. If he's wrong and you call him out on it in front of everyone he'll get mad and start making plans to terminate you. Staff are there to do as told, no more, no matter what is done. Mark (CEO) doesn't value employees going the extra mile for him or loyalty. You can be fired for anything. California is an at will state. Known to fire employees during to health crises like covid 19. What to do: Don't apply to this company if you have any other work offers from better companies to look forward to.
