This job has great benefits and tons of the staff you work with will be amazing. It's unionized so that is both good and bad.

Management sucks and continually cuts back on hours/pay etc. (anything they can get away with without making the union too upset). Yearly pay raises negotiated by the union are cripplingly below inflation rate so you live on a pay cut from year to year. For example: pay went up 2.5% per year in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
