      Some of the pros are being able to work from home, flex time flexibility, great teammates and managers with a lot of experience that I learn from daily, fast-paced environment (if you like to keep busy like me), internal career growth, a good challenge and learning opportunity when working new clients, and did I mention an AWESOME Team? We all work hard to meet our goals and play hard!

      Teamwork, Empathy, Support, Friendship, Growth, are only a few words that reminds me of working at Surgical Notes. I enjoyed the entire 17 yrs!

      Remote work is the only pro

      The micro management is awful even at the director level. The turnover is high. Pay is low. The staff is unhappy. The clients are unhappy. The systems are outdated. The employees are so overwhelmed and overworked and no one receives training.
