Pros

Unfortunately there are NO pros.

Cons

-Toxic environment -Poor training -Underappreciation -Unrealistic expectations Everyone has a different perspective. However, when MULTIPLE people have similar negative experiences, that is not a good sign. It's a wonder there is such a high turnover rate.

Pros

Out of all my numerous office experiences, SIS by far had the best office culture. Everyone at the corporate office was warm, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Being the “new kid” can be intimidating, but adjusting here took no time at all and was very easy. They really look after you and welcome questions. I really appreciated how they care about my comfort level on accomplishing tasks and were really clearly on their expectations and how to meet them. They took the mystery out of the work and still were happy to answer any questions that came up. Their clarity and helpfulness was really appreciated. They’re really unique in that they give people a chance to prove themselves – they care about your character more than your resume and are happy to train people. Furthermore, they believe in promoting from within and love to train people who want to learn a different skill. You are really allowed to grow in your position. The SIS corporate office is definitely a place you can eventually call your 2nd home – they have an awesome and fun community where getting the job done well matters. You don’t have to be into surgical instruments in order to love this job.

Cons

Some of the office work might be boring to some people, but the work environment and fun people makes whatever you do really fun.
