      -Knowledgable Technicians -High end equipment -Reasonable hours -Friendly co-workers

      Cons

      -They refuse to give raises -They don't follow through on their end of the employee contract -They leach customers and employees from other struggling companies in the same industry (and brag about it) -They don't promote within -They make empty promises -The CFO and head of HR spend more time on vacations than in the office (and send pictures of it to brag to other members in management) -Poor work place safety with HIGHLY DANGEROUS CHEMICALS

      Very technical work and requires a lot of skill to learn to do the repairs properly. Always something new to learn!

      Unfortunately there are NO pros.

      Cons

      -Toxic environment -Poor training -Underappreciation -Unrealistic expectations Everyone has a different perspective. However, when MULTIPLE people have similar negative experiences, that is not a good sign. It's a wonder there is such a high turnover rate.
