      Sounded like a nice family business

      Cons

      Was treated rudely and abusive during training period...hard to learn, hard to want to come to work when being treated like crap and hard to be successful in a hostile ego centic environment. Certain people are not good mentors or leaders and have no skill in this area. Thought this was going to be such a nice place to work and grow with.

      Very technical work and requires a lot of skill to learn to do the repairs properly. Always something new to learn!

      Unfortunately there are NO pros.

      -Toxic environment -Poor training -Underappreciation -Unrealistic expectations Everyone has a different perspective. However, when MULTIPLE people have similar negative experiences, that is not a good sign. It's a wonder there is such a high turnover rate.
