      - company culture - passionate and ambitious people - being able to do things autonomously, ability to improve processes and ways of working, implement new ideas - lack of hierarchy, casual working culture - dynamic environment, focus on constant growth

      - Lots of learning opportunities - Great environment, colleagues are thoughtful and caring - Many exciting projects, fast pace, company growth is motivating - The benefits are great, depending on location, but can include health insurance for you and partner, fitness subscription, transport, stocked kitchen and snacks, plus really nice offices

      Cons

      - Sometimes there is a steep learning curve when it comes to liaising with different departments
