We understand that the new office location and the hybrid work model present challenges. With over 400 employees, finding a location that suits everyone is difficult. Our hybrid policy, which includes 3 office days and 2 work-from-home days, aims to balance in-person collaboration with flexibility. To help ease the commute and traffic hours, as well as give flexibility with the hybrid work model, we offer flexible office hours and the option to work from anywhere in the world up to five times a year.
We allocate parking spaces based on several criteria, and we know and work on a better solution for everyone, as parking spaces are limited. Now, we cover public transport costs and partly subsidize parking expenses to support the employees.
Career growth is a priority for us. Every team lead should provide clear career ladders. Please speak with your manager or HR if you haven't received this. In the first half of 2024 alone, we've had 45 promotions, and we expect more with the mid-year performance reviews.
