You have to sign minimum 1 year bond.Bondage labor is banned in India still they are doing it. HR do the postman job. The company is a SAP training institute as well. Company director threatens not to give experience letter if any case you can not complete 1 year. It is the worst company I have ever worked. Director will give kick out calls for any unplanned leave you take. There are 100 points I do not want to write here. Just visit the company you will come to know.

Surflex technology pvt ltd is good for intiate career in IT and ERP field. This company have great potential to enrich your career in proper way.
