      Cool products, good for self-starters as you get the freedom to innovate on great technology.

      Cons

      Absolutely zero growth both in responsibilities and in compensation. You can work there for years and see no increase in compensation. If you're not a professional, you could go 10, and I'm not joking.

      Pros

      Very tight knit family owned company. They have a 9-80 schedule, so you get every other Friday off, which is great!

      I do not have any cons of working for this company.

      Small business with long history of pioneering various technologies. Friendly and supportive environment.

      Cons

      Engineering firm at it's core with impressive technology, but needs appropriate leadership for success in commercial products venture.
