The owner is a micromanager and a perfectionist, and that permeates the rest of the business. There isn't enough staff to handle all the projects, which means long hours and high stress levels. Pair that with the amount of time that you get chewed out for minor mistakes (a spreadsheet not being color coded in the way that your supervisor wants, for instance), and I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are willing to put up with the abuse.
