      Cons

      As with any startup, things move quickly, but if you are a go-getter and someone who likes to jump in, you will do great here.

      Great work family Chance to do great work and build new systems Laid back/ high performing work culture

      I could imagine the only con is if you're the kind of person who waits for someone to tell you what to do. It's a small team with a high growth potential, so everyone is working hard to make Surf great. If you can't handle that pressure, then this wouldn't be a good fit for you.
