      Good work–life balance Hybrid working model with flexibility Work timings are manageable, which helps maintain personal commitments

      Cons

      Leadership quality is very poor and lacks professionalism Decisions often appear driven by personal grudges rather than performance There is no proper communication from leadership regarding concerns or changes. Raising issues with management, including US leadership, does not lead to resolution. Employee feedback is not respected or acted upon.

      Honest, Vertically focused on Insurance, Massive market, Culture & People are focused upon, Hard work is prized, Yet, they don't take themselves too seriously, they like to have fun, you can travel alot on the front lines.

      Cons

      If you dont like helping insurance companies... It's not your place, Hard and long problems to solve, Clients demand alot as they are big enterprises, Long sales cycles, products are big and highly resilient, enterprise-grade expectations of people and software.
