Some of the team are lovely.
Middle management try to support their staff but are limited by upper management.
High turnover so the opportunity to change roles comes up regularly
Cons
Very political - kiss up and push others under the bus and you will thrive
Management & Owner have no idea where the company is going, constant changes, a lot of empty promises.
Executive team that have no empathy or care for staff, you are just a number
Small team so lots of drama and everyone watches everyone else
Low pay, refusal of pay rises, no adjustment for CPI - they want the most qualified for the least pay
No HR, staff incentives, or support - a lot of Fair Work/ WHS non-compliance or just simply ignoring requirements
Very high turnover, but this is clearly the staff's issue as per management, not an internal one.
Management who micromanage and bully staff to leaving/ being let go.
