      Many projects for those with an entrepreneurial mindset.

      Cons

      Old mentality mindset management mindset, not flexible with remote work options unless you have a position as an upper management. No yearly reviews to allow for a persons' career growth or opportunity for promotion. Will not promote within the company.

      Pros

      - Private Equity money - Good benefits - Decent base salary

      Cons

      - The company exists only to sell itself to another investment group-has no respect for employees - Communication is poor, especially at the GM level - Commission structure was changed and never clearly explained. Payouts were never consistent. - Management has no plan to increase market share other than to buy their competition - No coaching/training.
