Good attitude from both US & UK Teams Fun new office with a lot of space Great location in high rise downtown Tampa Comp Days Flexible with work from home days
Cons
Fun group of guys to work with, but some lack skills and training. Way too much Micro Managing. No Annual Reviews of Bonuses. No Annual Raises. No room for growth Management plays a lot of favoritism with certain employees. Management and Director(s) run every group, and cannot give control to a team manager (there is no team management due to trust issues) Director(s) do not read their messages or emails, which cause a lot of mistakes and miscommunication
