      Location is nice; nice walks in area.

      Cons

      Company prides itself on being a like family, but makes no effort to retain or upskill staff, give bonuses, reward hard work, etc. Pay is middling to low.

      If you’re doing a good job, they don’t mess with you and leave you to do what you do best for the client. Highly recommend.

      - Remote based company (only big +) - Less office politics as the role is remote

      Cons

      - Salary structure is not great, to be honest it's less as per the competition in startup-space offered by other companies - No project can lead to contract end very swiftly
