Cons
Management does not provide the correct tools necessary to be successful in your role. The Customer Engagement role is no longer has anything to do with client retention. It is basically an expanded sales team without commission pay. Managers and supervisors are unorganized And don't communicate clear expectations outside of hitting numbers. Manages a supervisors only care about the numbers. They couldn't care less about the actual quality of your work. Customer Engagement role has no growth. No room for promotions.
