The SureLock Technology leadership team would like to learn from this person and create a better working environment. We have no idea who could have written this review because of all our employees that have worked at SureLock more than a year are still with the company. Regardless, if we have any former employees that worked here any length of time we want to address it to better our company into the future. We always solicit strategies for problem solving and have a group meeting every week for that purpose. We care deeply about our culture and our people. We thrive on hard work and encourage people to take breaks. The entire leadership team wants a culture that gives a strong work life balance. We hope to implement more things to improve in that area. We pride ourselves as a healthy company financially, mentally, and strategically with our focus. We monitor salary and benefit trends with our partner ADP Total Source and do everything possible within budget to provide great pay and benefits for all employees.
