Pros
The company has grown tremendously since I joined. All of the managers and functional leaders are really competent and dedicated. It's a really high quality group of people that care about each other and trust each other. It's also been fun to see the growth and momentum over the last year.
Cons
There is a mix of in office and remote employees, would like to do more to feel connected to the remote team
