Pros
The majority of the people are great to work with and very supportive and helpfull and work as a team. Pay is good for a startup benefits are as well.
Cons
Some workflow systems been some work but manageable. We all work as a team except for the Chief Revenue Officer. She needs to go. She is not a team player. She stands OVER everyone at her little podium. She addresses people in a very condescending manner and is running good people off. She puts her nose in everyone business even out of her department.
