I can't think of other than free lunches on Fridays.

This company really is the worst. Worst job i've ever had! I should of gone with my instincts after my interview here that the woman who I interviewed with was telling the truth. Egotistic management who are supporters of the worst U.S. President. Aside from that, they talk down about women. Communication between people is the worst and aside from that, the office is so outdated. CEO is super old school, so he's not open to new ideas. Oh yea, and they make sure to not ever let you work remotely because they want to keep an eye on you. Aside all that, they also have contractors who they make do all kinds of illegal things. Kitchen is super dirty. They only have cleaners come once a week, so you can only image how nasty that trash can gets and stinks after 4 days of sitting trash. No one cares about this place, they're just there for a check. No career opportunities whatsoever here! So if you want to work for a crappy company, this is it!

the only thing i could think of is paid benefits

where do i start, for one the CEO is a mess, he doesn't know what he is doing. he is undecisive, cheap, untrusting and micromanages. he cannot deal with company issues, doesn't listen to employees or upper managements concerns or solutions to problems. the pay is very low. the CEO is misogynistic and very rude to women. the upper management is not great either. they don't do much work, they put work onto other employees while they sit around. there is no growth within the company and the decisions made by the CEO make me feel like sooner than later the company will go under. i do not suggest anybody try to work for this company unless you want to be stuck and miserable.
