      Professional office environment. Company is growing rapidly but because it is family owned, there may not be much room for promotions.

      Cons

      Inconvenient working hours, work after hours and on weekend, underpaid for the amount of work. Minimal opportunity for growth. No diversity. Not even one black employee.
